Our Business History & Mission
Founded on 1 August 2007, Zamil Cool Services started with a simple commitment: offering straightforward, technical appliance diagnostics without inflated pricing or unnecessary replacement recommendations. Over 18+ years of field service, we have built a local reputation across Hyderabad by focusing on doorstep technical reliability.
Unlike virtual platforms that create fake virtual branch addresses, Zamil Cool Services operates from two physical workshops located in Shah Ali Banda and Upperpally. All technicians work directly out of these hubs to serve local residences and businesses across surrounding service areas.
Honest Pricing Standard
We charge a fixed inspection visiting fee (₹250 for geysers and microwaves; ₹300 for ACs, fridges, and washing machines). This fee covers the technician’s time and doorstep diagnostic assessment. If you proceed with the repair work, this visiting charge is adjusted directly against your total bill.
Commercial & Domestic Capabilities
Our technical expertise covers both residential home appliances (Inverter Split ACs, Front Load Washing Machines, Frost-Free Refrigerators) and commercial cold storage systems (Visi-coolers, Deep Freezers, and Ductable Commercial HVAC).
